Who can enter
Anyone aged 18 or over may enter, except where prohibited by applicable law.

How to enter
Join the SparX waitlist at sparx-app.com with a valid email address before the closing date. One entry per person. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Closing date
The waitlist promotion will close on the date announced by SparX before the public launch. We will notify eligible participants by email once the promotion has closed.

The prize
One month of SparX Premium, free of charge. The Premium features included will be those available at the time the prize is awarded. The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

How winners are picked
Winners are selected at random by computer from all valid entries, with one in every three entries drawn. The draw takes place within seven days of the closing date and is supervised by an independent person.

How winners are told
Eligible winners will be notified by email before or at the launch of the SparX app. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the time specified in the email, SparX reserves the right to select another eligible entrant.

Claiming the prize
Winners must create a SparX account to redeem their free month. The free month begins on the day it is applied to the account.

Data
We use entry details only to run this draw and to contact you about the SparX launch, as set out in our privacy policy. We will send the name and county of any winner to anyone who asks in writing within one month of the closing date.

We may cancel or amend the draw if circumstances outside our control require it. Entering means you accept these terms. English law applies.
